Scheduled Installation Services, Site Visits, and Travel
To all Enaqua Customers and Business Partners,
The pandemic situation of the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to have worldwide impact. Enaqua will continue the measures required to protect Enaqua’s employees, the employees of our partners and of our customers.
As an Essential Business, acknowledged by the State of California and the Federal Government, we will continue to support or customers and partners, within the guidelines established for safe and acceptable interactions. Continuing with the measures that have been implemented by Grundfos, are the restriction of domestic and international travel and restrictions on contact with large groups of people. Exceptions may only be made where the travel is deemed to be essential, permission to be on-site has been granted in writing by the facility, and the travel has been approved by a member of the Leadership Team (Group Director at minimum).
As of today (April 20, 2020), Production in our Vista California plant continues on schedule, and any Service trips that have been scheduled and confirmed will move forward. However, as the worldwide situation pertaining to the COVID-19 virus is still very fluid and unpredictable, this could change. Should the situation and conditions change, Enaqua will advise you as soon as we are made aware of the change in status.
